These studios are less than a year old and many of them have never been lived in! We have a few to rent for short term. They have a great pool, the grounds are manicured and they are only 100 yards from the Beach!! Close to all the services, a mini market, a restaurant are located in a small colonial plaza across the street. To find more amenities, just 700 yards away is downtown Coco, with a casino, banks, many stores, medical services and more!!
